Exercise Management - Process
1 - Discovery and Planning
The process starts with the discovery of the capabilities to be tested. Planning is taken care of by the TalkRisk team and occurs well in advance of the exercise

2 - Exercise Delivered
The exercise is delivered in your proferred type and medium (i.e. remote vs. in-person, Tabletop, Functional, or Full-Scale). We can facilitate, co-facilitate, or just evaluate - your choice!
3 - AAR/IP Delivered
After Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) delivered offering insights from the exercise and suggested improvements that should be made. Using Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) best practices
